How to avoid reading empty rows from an excel file?

Hi to stop reading empty lines try including the following in your SQL where 'MyField' is one of your fields that you know will be empty.
WHERE LEN(MyField) > 0
If this does not work then I think you'll have to remove the empty fields from the excel or check for null fields in your code after the extraction has been done.

My sister asked me an advice about crashed excel files. I advised it an one tool, which to my mind is the best solution in this and probably other cases - excel 2007 recovery.
